COMPOSITION AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF FLAVONOIDS ANF HYDROXYCINNAMATES OF URTICA CANNABINA (URTICACEAE)

Phenolic compounds of Urtica cannabina L. (cannabis nettle; family Urticaceae), a widespread Asian species Russia, are poorly studied. In the present study, for first time, chromatographic analysis U. growing in Eastern Siberia was realized together with isolation flavonoids and hydroxycinnamates study biological activity extracts pure compounds. As result, it found that total were characterized by high content phenolic and, as pronounced antiradical against DPPH• ABTS•+ radicals. After separation, presence 24 detected plant, which 22 identified time species, including new flavonoid, kaempferol-3-O-(2'',6''-di-O-acetyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (astragalin 2'',6''-di-O-acetate) based on UV, NMR spectroscopy mass spectrometry data.
